The design is rooted in the urban development concept of fostering a high quality urban living and neighbourhood diversity through small-scale volumes within the designated framework. Courtyards open and connect the area, providing private and semi-public outdoor areas alike.

All the plots follow strategic planning according to their location within the development. Some features include customized frontages, subdivision into smaller units, setback entrances and open ground floors. These are strategically tailored to fit the intended needs of the development while accomodating for local businesses and a thriving street ambiance.

The inner portion of the development prioritises the residents with two connected courtyard spaces that create a vibrant neighborhood square. The southeast area caters to public engagement, enhancing the overall urban experience.
